There are some airlines – you know who I’m talking about – that are always trying to cut back on services, but there are others that are always trying to go that extra mile. In this case an extra 80 miles, quite literally.
Emirates airlines are extending their free chauffeur-driven limo service for fisrt class passengers from 70 miles to 150 miles from the airport.
As you can see form this map – the green area shows whats within the new 150 mile limit as-the-crow-flys – it covers quite a large area.
In reality I can’t imagine Emirates allowing you take the limo from Belfast, but the extra 70 miles does bring in a hefty amount of Scotland, from the borders up to Aberdeen and even Inverness.
The revelation coincides with Emirates doubling flights to Dubai to twice daily from the 1st of June, 2012.
